OHS Baseball Field

The Opelika High School baseball field has undergone a major transformation with the installation of artificial turf, replacing the former natural grass surface. This enhancement is part of a broader initiative to upgrade athletic facilities across the campus. In addition to the new playing surface, the field now features upgraded lighting and improvements to the indoor hitting facility, including the installation of new batting cages.

Bulldog Stadium has been the home of Opelika Football since 1974. With a seating capacity of over 7,000, it features a state-of-the-art video scoreboard, a new lighting system, and new artificial turf. The Bulldogs own a dominating record of 272-81 in games played at Bulldog Stadium.

The facility now features two brand-new turf fields designed for enhanced playability and durability, modern dugouts that provide improved comfort and functionality, state-of-the-art scoreboards to keep fans engaged, and new stadium lighting that allows for exciting evening games and events.
