ACT Testing Day Information for March 11, 2025

On March 11, all 10th and 11th-grade students will take the ACT at school. Due to the large number of students testing and the need for faculty to administer the exam, 9th and 12th grade students will have a virtual learning day and will not report to campus. Instead, they will complete assignments provided by their teachers in Google Classroom.
Schedule for March 11:
10th & 11th Grade Students:
- Report to school at the normal time (tardy bell at 8:00 AM) and go directly to their assigned testing rooms.
- Once all students have completed testing, they may leave campus if they have a ride. We anticipate this will be around 1:30 PM, but the exact time will depend on when testing begins.
- Lunch will be available before dismissal for those who wish to eat at school.
- Students who do not have a ride until 3:25 PM or need to ride the bus will report to their 4th block class until dismissal.
9th & 12th Grade Students:
- Do not report to school.
- Will participate in a virtual learning day and should complete assignments from their teachers at home.
Calculator Information:
Since 11th grade ACT scores are included in state and federal reporting, graphing calculators will be provided for all 11th graders on test day. However, we do not have enough calculators for 10th graders, so any 10th-grade student wishing to use a calculator must bring their own. According to the ACT website, all math problems on the test can be solved without a calculator.
Thank you for your support in making this a smooth testing day for our students. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Thanks,
Kelli Fischer, Principal
